The service

Vaylen Health, Inc. ("Vaylen") operates a technology and care coordination platform connecting you with independent licensed clinicians and licensed U.S. pharmacies. Vaylen is not a medical provider and does not practice medicine; clinical decisions are made solely by licensed clinicians. Vaylen does not compound or manufacture medication.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older, located in a state where the service is available, and complete a truthful medical assessment. Providing false health information may result in denial of care and account termination.

Prescriptions are never guaranteed

Completing a purchase does not guarantee a prescription. A licensed clinician reviews every order and may decline treatment. If your prescription is not approved, all charges are refunded in full, automatically.

Subscriptions, renewals and cancellation

• Plans renew automatically at the interval shown at checkout (every 4 or 12 weeks, or 24 weeks if you selected that plan).
• The amount charged today and each renewal amount are displayed on the checkout page before you purchase. First-order promotional discounts apply once; renewals bill at the full displayed price.
• You can cancel anytime from your account portal, with no fees and no phone call required. Cancellations take effect for shipments not yet dispatched.

Refunds

Declined prescriptions: refunded in full automatically. 180 day money back guarantee: see Guarantee Terms. Shipped medication cannot be returned or resold for safety reasons.

Acceptable use, liability, disputes

The service and site content are informational and do not replace advice from your own physician. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vaylen's liability is limited to amounts you paid in the twelve months before a claim. Disputes are resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, except where prohibited.
